Background:

The corporate website is one of the most important assets to the company; it acts as a consistent point of reference throughout a lead’s funnel process and thus must not only present itself as professional but must also provide enough detail that educates the visitor but not too much so that other competitors aren’t able to utilize Modern Health’s differentiators.

The first rebrand was in-house, while the second rebrand was with an agency; thus, the project management of these 2 different methods was wildly different.

Objectives & KPIs:

During my time at Modern Health, our corporate website went through a number of revamps from 2 rebrands to multiple pages added to the site:

2020: First rebrand + designed and added new 8 pages (how it works, consultants, resources, about us, press, press individual, blog, blog individual)
2021:
Designed and added new 4 pages (404, circles, employers & insights, courses) + designed and launched the client portal
2022:
Second rebrand + collaborated with an agency (Material) to refresh the overall design and added 8 new pages (members, employers, small & medium businesses, large enterprises, global coverage, case studies, case study individual, and events). We also launched modernhealth.org.
